Born in Cork, where good food is a part of everyday life. Growing up around family meals and good quality ingredients gave me a love for cooking and a respect for where our food comes from.

I studied hospitality management at Shannon College & have also completed a Grand Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu, London. I have gained considerable experience by working in various hospitality establishments in the UK and Ireland.

I am based in Kinsale where my cooking is influenced by quality local produce. I work with farmers, fishmongers and producers to create simple seasonal food.

I love the opportunity to collaborate with others on events, pop-up’s and the joy of facilitating special occasions.
